Currently, Homefinder UK has a pressing need for properties in locations anywhere in the UK and they are looking for:

  • Properties with 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms or over
  • Affordable rents
  • Long-term tenancies of at least one year
  • Proof that property is suitable for living (free from dampness/mould with all certifications)

Ongoing support

Homefinder UK ensures that all prospective tenants are looked after by experienced Case Managers who handle references and tenancy checks, and the right tenants are offered the property.

They will ensure compliance with the current law and request certificates from the landlord such as Gas Safety, Electrical Installation Condition Report, and an EPC. They have the landlord’s and tenant’s interests at the forefront of what they do, and property owners always keep the final say as to which tenants move in.
